   Introduction: The Sponsors of the contest reserve the right to change, alter, or otherwise tailor the following rules without notice.

2. Eligibility:

   Eligibility: Entry is available for all legal residents of the 50 United States and the District on Columbia regardless of age. Employees of the Sponsors, their parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising agencies, agents and the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents) of each such employees, and all those with whom such employees are domiciled, are NOT eligible.
   
   DISCLAIMER: The $5000 cash grand prize is available for all ages. The XTREME Dream Vacation grand prize is only available for entrants 18 years of age or older as of April 30, 2008..

3. Timing:

   Contest begins at 12:00:01 a.m. E.T. on Sunday February 20, 2008, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. E.T. on Wednesday, April 30, 2008.

4. How to Enter:

   How to Enter: To enter entrants must create a video commercial (minimum 30 seconds) about spring break and make mention of Ocean Potion. Entrants must upload their video electronically to YouTube and submit a link of the video to the contest page and accept all terms and requirements herein. Video contents must focus on spring break, and should include use of the Ocean Potion logo. By submitting a video link to the contest, entrant (a) declares that he/she is the owner of the video and any rights therein (b) waives said rights for the purposes of this contest and any other fair use by the sponsors of this contest (c) declares that the subject of the video is that of themselves and not of another person.

5. Judging Criteria:

   Judging Criteria: Any entrant selected as a potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. The top 20 finalists will be determined by the total number of video views determined by YouTube. Grand prizewinner will be selected by committee at Western Creative with regards to originality, creativity, and video message with regards to Ocean Potion Sun Care products. The contest will take place under the supervision of Western Creative, Inc of Redford, MI. Participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decision of the judges, whose decisions are final. Potential winner will be notified by e-mail or mail by May 5, 2008. If a potential winner cannot be contacted and does not reply with appropriate affidavit and contact information within fourteen (14) days after the first attempt to contact such potential winner, an alternate entrant will be selected in his or her place.

6. Prizes:

   The following prizes will be awarded:
   
   Grand Prize: (a) $5000 cash or (b) XTREME Dream Vacation. XTREME Dream Vacation - includes stay in a luxury hotel in Las Vegas, Air Combat Fighter Pilot Training, Dune Buggy Excursion, and Race Car Driving Experience. Subject to change.
   
   Prize Award: Prize will be awarded to the winner by mail within 14 days of receipt of winners signed affidavit and confirmation by Western Creative, Inc.

7. Other Terms and Conditions:

   Potential winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release, within fourteen (14) days of notification, failing which the potential winner will be disqualified and another winner selected in the place of the disqualified person at random from next highest vote tallies. If any prize or prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and another potential winner will be selected in the original potential winner's place. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsors and those acting under the Sponsor's authority may use winner's name, video, for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law. BY ACCEPTING THE PRIZE, THE WINNER AGREES THAT THE Sponsors, Their SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND ALL OF THE SPONSOR'S OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND WILL BE HELD HARMLESS BY WINNER FOR ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY CONTEST OR PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITY. 8. Miscellaneous:

   All entries become the sole property of Sponsors and none will be returned. In the event of a dispute, entries made by Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsors with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsors reserve the right in Their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
